Epidavros, Greece

Join me for a week of yoga, sunshine, and delicious food in the beautiful seaside village of Epidavros, Greece. It’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, soak up the sun, and truly switch off.

Steeped in history, Epidavros has drawn people seeking rest and renewal for thousands of years— known in Greek mythology as the birthplace of Asclepius, the god of healing.

We’ll be staying at the lovely, family-run Hotel George, nestled right on the waterfront with its own rooftop shala. Epidavros is a peaceful fishing village where life moves at a gentler pace—think crystal-clear waters, stunning sunrises, quiet beaches, and cozy local tavernas.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, enjoy some well-deserved rest, or simply relax by the sea with wonderful company, I’d love to welcome you.
